Ordering
Presently we do not have an online shopping cart store. Why? Because we like interacting with our customers! Every model train is unique and we want to make sure that you have and know everything you need before you make a purchase. You may order via phone at 440-774-2131 or in person during store hours or email us anytime at stockyardexpress@aol.com.
Pre-order prices are offered during the appointed pre-order period after each new catalog is released. Please note that it takes at least 6 months for newly cataloged items to arrive.
Even if you have only the slightest interest in an item we highly encourage the pre-ordering of newly cataloged items. Manufactures only produce as many products as are ordered by the dealers which means that once an item is sold out it is gone for good!
Purchasing
Stockyard Express accepts cash, check, and all major credit cards except American Express.
We accept everything but American Express
Warranty
At Stockyard Express we offer 12 months of free parts and labor on any MTH Electric Trains locomotive you purchase from us at our in-house Authorized Service Center.
Layaway
Stockyard Express offers a layaway policy on most everything in the store. The item or items are held for 90 days firm.
Shipping
We ship via UPS at Stockyard Express. Rates are determined by the weight of the item or items and its destination. We ship international orders via US Post Office but we can also ship domestic by Post Office on request.
Returns
Items may be returned within 10 days. 15% restocking fee. Store credit only.
